Mobility

Slow it down and give your body what it needs. This session is designed to complement your training with functional stretches, breath-led movement, and mobility drills that target commonly tight areas, hips, shoulders, spine, and more.
You’ll work through dynamic flows, active holds, and deep releases to reset posture, restore joint range, and support recovery. Each sequence is thoughtfully guided to improve flexibility, strength, and coordination, with the goal of building more stable, mobile, and resilient joints.
The class will be complimented with calming cues and curated beats. This class is low-impact and suitable for all levels.
