Reformer Cardio
Work your entire cardiovascular system using jump boards. We require you do at least three Reformer Flow classes before reformer cardio.

Focus on strength, power and precision, using heavier weights and resistance.

Yin Yoga

Love Yayoi she gives great corrections and direction in class and the exercises are tough. Enjoy it the most when arms are incorporated with leg exercises so it’s not so legs focussed.
