Love Yayoi she gives great corrections and direction in class and the exercises are tough. Enjoy it the most when arms are incorporated with leg exercises so it’s not so legs focussed.
Love how Sam incorporated kupu into the workouts and it was nice to hear my name be pronounced correctly!🥰 will definitely be back for her classes! :)
