Circadian Open Gym

Designed differently
Traditional gyms can feel overwhelming.
Circadian was created to offer a different experience.
We’ve partnered with Technogym to create a human-scale training environment that feels approachable, welcoming and easy to navigate, whether you’re completely new to the gym or have years of training experience.
To preserve the spacious atmosphere we value, sessions are limited to just 10 members at a time.

Follow your own programme, use a Technogym workout, or build strength alongside your regular SALA classes.
Book a session, arrive, and move at your own pace.
Guided Open Gym
Need a little extra support?
Train independently while having a qualified coach available on the floor to answer questions, help with equipment set-up, refine technique and build confidence.

How Booking Works
Circadian operates through bookable training sessions.
To maintain a spacious and comfortable environment, entry numbers are limited and members book their preferred arrival time through the SALA app or website.
Most members spend between 45 and 75 minutes training, giving you flexibility to move at your own pace while preserving a calm atmosphere for everyone.

Healthy Joints
Strength training helps support and protect the joints by strengthening the muscles, tendons and connective tissues around them. Stronger joints move more efficiently, experience less strain during daily activities, and are better equipped to handle the demands of an active life.

Improves bone density
As we age, bone density naturally declines. Strength training places healthy stress on the skeleton, stimulating bone growth and helping maintain bone strength. This can reduce the risk of osteoporosis and fractures while supporting long-term mobility and independence.

Maintains muscle mass
Muscle mass naturally decreases with age, affecting strength, balance and everyday function. Regular strength training helps preserve and build lean muscle, supporting movement quality, physical capability and resilience throughout every stage of life.

Reduces injury risk
A stronger body is often a more resilient body. Strength training improves stability, balance, coordination and movement control, helping reduce the likelihood of injury both during exercise and in everyday activities, from lifting groceries to playing sport.

Supports metabolic and hormonal health
Muscle tissue plays an important role in metabolic health, supporting blood sugar regulation, energy production and overall wellbeing. Regular strength training can also positively influence hormonal health, helping support vitality, recovery, mood and healthy ageing.

Helps us continue doing the things we love for longer
Whether it’s carrying children, hiking trails, travelling, gardening, playing sport or simply moving through life with ease, strength training helps maintain the physical capacity to keep doing the activities that bring us joy, confidence and connection.
