Here are a few things I’ve been loving during pregnancy. No ads, no sponsored products, just things that have genuinely supported me through this season.

Lush 'The Bump' Bar

A massage bar made for pregnant bellies, with nourishing butters and soft essential oils to support stretching skin. I use it in the bath and it makes everything feel extra special, really hydrating and calming. See it here.

Nutra Organics Collagen Hot Chocolate
This has become my little nightly ritual. It’s low sugar, tastes so good, and has collagen and magnesium in it, so it feels like I’m doing something kind for my skin and my sleep at the same time. See it here.

Pure Mama Magnesium Body Rub
Honestly obsessed with this. It's physio-recommended and has been so helpful for easing aches and helping me wind down at night. I’ll 100% keep using this after pregnancy too. See it here.

Emma Lewisham Supernatural Face Oil
My skin has been so sensitive and dry, and this has saved me. It’s a natural alternative to retinol but feels really nourishing and gentle. Super hydrating, I love it. See it here.

Planet Nusa Maternity Wear
I’ve been living in these. Their ruched maternity styles grow with your bump, so you don’t feel like you’re constantly outgrowing everything. Super comfy, actually stylish, and female-owned, which always feels like a win. See it here.

A library membership
More time at home has meant more time reading, and I’ve absolutely loved it. I’ve gone through so many books during this pregnancy. I’m currently reading The Woman in White by Wilkie Collins , and have been really enjoying Diane Setterfield and Katherine Arden.

Barre at SALA

Barre has been such a game changer for my mental health during this pregnancy. I’ve felt less mobile and less comfortable this time around, but everything in barre can be modified, and it’s helped me keep moving and feeling like myself. I’ve been aiming for three classes a week, and with Jane, Chloe and Maria all teaching so differently, I never feel like I’m missing out. Those endorphins really do matter. Book it here.

La Mer Rejuvenating Eye Cream
This one is definitely luxe, but honestly, I’m not going out much, so a little splurge here and there feels good for the soul. The texture is so silky and rich, it goes on thick and nourishing and slowly absorbs. I really love it. Worth every cent. See it here.

Mitchell Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate
Creatine naturally supports energy production in the body, and there’s some research suggesting it can support your baby’s brain development too. It’s been a simple one to add in that feels really supportive overall. see it here.

Two Islands Hydrate⁴ Electrolytes
I genuinely couldn’t pick a favourite flavour. I have these on subscription, freeze them into ice blocks when it’s hot, and they’ve helped so much with hydration and even my pregnancy migraines. See it here.

A hair spa at iCandy, Ponsonby
This felt like such a treat. Just time to soften, be looked after, and step out of the rush for a minute. Sometimes that kind of care is everything.

Hydrafacials
Since I can’t do my usual microneedling right now, this has been such a good stand-in. It’s been amazing for my oilier, more sensitive pregnancy skin, and you even get to see everything it pulls out at the end, which is oddly very satisfying.

Clover Tonics

Gut health for both you and baby, I love clover tonics, pregnant or not. Their small-batch kvass tonics use anaerobic fermentation, a traditional method where the brew is sealed to ferment without oxygen, allowing it to unfold slowly, even friendlier on your gut. See it here.

Sans Ceuticals
The Solidified Perpetual Activator 7 continues a multifunctional, minimalist approach to beauty. This solid bar is designed for use on everything, from bumps to lips to hair. It’s made to be carried in your tote bag on the go, rather than kept in your at-home toiletry kit. See it here.
