Whether you're looking for a training refresh, or a devoted student wishing to immerse yourself in the yogic principles, this training is for you.
Dates (run over two consecutive weekends): Friday 4th - Sunday 6th, Friday 11th - Sunday 13th August.
Whether you’ve already completed a teacher training and just want your memory refreshed or you're a devoted student wishing to immerse yourself in the yogic principles without the 200hr commitment, this 50-hour training is for you.
The curriculum is based on the fundamentals of our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, which we’ve stripped down to the bare essentials, giving you a chance to experience some of the topics we would normally cover in an efficient and approachable way. Daily asana and meditation practice to give a grounded sense of routine while specific lectures and workshops allow for more focused learning.

Daily asana and meditation to build a routine and structure

An introduction to the Tantric philosophy system by Kirsty van der Geer
Focused and challenging asana labs by Amy Atkinson to develop your own personal practice
The art of touch/assist with Sarah Lindsay
