My Sala in Review 2025

I practiced with Emma 5 times this year. That's 250 minutes of movement and 2000 units of energy alchemised. Here's how I softened cortisol, sparked endorphins and braided the brain back to my body. Here's how I become me, intentionally.

I showed up for myself 37 times this year, with 19 instructors across 9 different class styles. That's devotion!

As a community, together we completed: 112,000 classes, 6 million minutes of movement, 416 days of showing up for ourselves and each other. This is what we built together: a sanctuary stitched from consistency, courage, and communal care. Here's to us, for showing up, again and again and again.
