Spring Reset Mind And Body Recal | Sala Studio, Auckland, NZ
Oct 1, 2024
This is an invitation to consciously create habitual changes to improve your mental and physical wellbeing, within the backdrop of a supportive community.
A four-week mind-body recalibration throughout October.
This is an invitation to consciously create habitual changes to improve your mental and physical wellbeing, within the backdrop of a supportive like minded community. Move your body daily with your sala membership, whilst deepening your understanding of the mind-body connection with our expert talks. We ask if you commit to this reset to commit to a sala class daily (including rest practices like meditation, sound healing and yoga Nidra), as well as all four talks.
We'll meet collectively on Sunday 1st October 5:30pm to receive your goody bag of treats to support you through the month, including a financial health planner, Be Pure Gut probiotic, journal and Sala Membership. Each Thursday we will meet at 5:30pm at Sala to receive a weekly talk. This will be our main collective gathering to share our insights, experiences, and receive support.
Talks: Thursdays 5.30pm
5th: Financial Health (includes how to use your financial planner) with Victoria and Sophie from The Curve
12th: Nutrition for Mental Wellbeing with Abbie from Feel Fresh Nutrition
19th: Gut Body Connection with Lisa Walker from BePure
26th: Working with Emotions for Wellbeing with Joanne Bisset
In the same way, a cell cannot thrive in isolation, we believe we too, as community centered beings cannot thrive in isolation. As community is the backbone of this reset, we ask you to practice daily either the 6:30am or 6pm classes so we can gather together as often as possible.
What is the sala reset?
We've never been one for fads and gimmicks. The Sala reset is a modern approach to the archaic 30-day challenge. We won't strap a heart rate monitor onto you or do weigh-ins, instead, we just invite you to consciously create some new habitual mind-body patterns. With talks from our expert community on financial, mental, nutritional and gut health we hope to support you, mind, body and soul.
What will I get out of it?
Outside of connecting with people who have devoted their lives to learning and sharing, you'll also meet some cool, like minded community members who are as committed to positive changes as you are. We hope from the pool of collective knowledge you are inspired to make genuine, long term changes to your relationship with mind and body. Maybe you'll notice physical changes too, but what we can guarantee is that when you start respectfully moving your body daily, you'll notice an improvement in mood, energy levels, posture and confidence.
What is the commitment?
It is a four week commitment which includes four talks on Thursday evenings 5.30pm. If you can't get out of work on time, you won't reap the benefits of this reset. We also ask you to commit to at least four classes a week 6:30am and 6pm so we can move as a community as often as possible. We invite you to explore all three rooms, with as many modalities of movement together as possible. On the first day, you'll be added to a WhatsApp group where you can share recipes, and insights, and plan your week's classes so you can show up for yourselves and one another.
